What is the cost of your recruitment services?
We have multiple search options-however-location, practice type, number of needs, parameter difficulty, etc all have a role to play in the cost.  A standard contingency search is priced anywhere from $14,000-$20,000 for placement.

What services can I expect from your agency? 
Full Physician Recruitment services-plus more!  In addition to utilizing our large candidate database-we market, advertise and recruit directly for your position.  We hold in-depth conversations with each candidate regarding specific position details, locations and individual backgrounds to pre-qualify for compatibility of the individual opportunities.   We help to  properly format all CV's and submit all appropriate information for each interested and qualified candidate.  Additionally- we assist with any facilitation of phone and face to face interview times-conduct all background, reference and license checks and are available to assist in contract negotiations.

What is your placement guarantee?
We are proud to have a full one year guarantee on ALL placements!  We work hard to find you the right candidate- and stand behind our work.  We know that longevity is a big part of this success.  Typical placement agencies offer 30-90 days on a guarantee.  We go above and beyond because we care about doing the job right and want to make sure you have a long and happy relationship with the pain physician you hire. 

Do you offer retained searches and if so, what is the benefit?
Retained searches are beneficial for practices who need immeidate placement, have tough to recruit for terms or locations-or who do not wish to participate in the recruitment process at all.  Utilizing a retained fee search will save a practice money on all recruitment as we utilize the up front payment for the search itself and include all advertising and marketing costs.  A practice also saves because they will not have to spend any additional monies for alternate or  in-house recruitment.   The total price of our retained search is usually half  the cost of a contingency search.

I already have candidates-why should I bother paying a recruitment agency fee?
Do you have the right candidate? 
Why not use a recruiting agency to make sure you get the right physician on board?  In the big picture--the right pain physician brings in hundreds of thousands-or millions of revenue per year.  Our one time fee is a very small cost in insuring you hire a physician that will be the right fit for you now and in the years to come. 
Realistically, the cost of our service is miniscule compared to the benefit you receive in making sure you have the right physician is in place.
Employers traditionally don't like to use recruitment agencies--the biggest reason is the cost.  But when you add it all up--the cost of not having the physician in the first place, the loss of patient flow or backup, the cost of job boards, print advertisements or extra tedious work in recruitment itself-our service is truly a bargain! 

What can I expect from posting a direct job on your board? 
Fully active and qualified candidates looking at your position-and contacting  you directly--you can expect to hire the right physician-for a very low cost!

How many candidates do you work with? 
This number varies depending on time of year--and of course each candidate is looking for something different--however, on average-we work with about 100 actively motivated candidates at any time--and anywhere from 200-500 passive candidates who are always searching for the right position.  The biggest component, however, in finding the right pain physician for our clients is in the direct marketing we do for each search-allowing us to identify additional pain physicians.
